King Cajun Crawfish first opened it’s humble doors in 2010 when Mills50 was still a quiet street. Fast forward over a decade later, we are now known as Orlando’s best + favorite seafood restaurant and Mills50 is now the heart of Orlando’s food scene.

Our founder/chef Melinda Thu Ha Nguyen relocated from Bogalusa, Louisiana after Hurricane Katrina and made Orlando her next home- where she established our company and won the hearts of Orlando with her warm hospitality and famous ShaBang sauce! Together with her sister, Judy Thuy Nguyen, they have expanded this company to multiple franchises.

We are proud to serve our family’s authentic cajun cuisine with a modern twist, packed with flavor! At King Cajun Crawfish, you can expect fun times, family-friendly atmosphere, high quality products, top-notch dishes and friendly compassionate service – an all around enjoyable experience.

What we do

Serving Central Florida’s patrons with the taste of the Big Easy mixed with a particular, hands-on eating experience that leaves our guests full bellied and happy. Our Viet-Cajun cuisine is authentically fresh, full of flavor and fun to eat!

Why we do it

After moving from Vietnam to Louisiana, this dynamic duo put Vietnamese-Cajun cuisine on the map. Relocating to Central Florida in 2010, King Cajun Crawfish has officially entered the mainstream, taking on a life of its own while still representing its roots.
